Q. How much does the shipping cost?

Unless our customers prefer to have express (Next day or Second day) shipment, you do not pay any shipping charges. We ship the product FREE via FedEx Ground. Please call us to determine the cost of express shipping.

Q. When will my order arrive?
A.
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends on the method of shipment and the order's destination. Items shipped via FedEx Ground are usually received in 3-5 business days, depending upon delivery locations. Express orders are usually received within 1-2 business days. We will provide you with the shipment tracking number which allows you to track your shipment at any given time.

Q. What if my order gets lost or damaged during shipping?
A. 100% Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Powerelief™ products.
If you have any problem with our product, please send us an e-mail to customerservice@myPowerelief.com or call us at (215) 290 7224. If your order/shipment is lost, we replace your order immediately and FREE of any charges. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our product as well as with our services.

Q. How do I ship products to different addresses?

Our policy is to ship products only to the address as shown on the credit card. No exception please. We maintain our stand in order to protect you from any fraudulent activities. No only we value your business, and that's why we care for you.

Q. What are my payment options?

Please visit our "ORDER" page and click on the "PayPal" button to review the payment options. In general, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover cards are accepted for your online purchases. Please note that you don't have to be a PayPal customer to place an order and make payment through PayPal order system.

All of our orders and payments are secured and done through PayPal. When you click on the PayPal button on our ORDER page it will list the cards they accept. Generally, they accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

Shipping and Returns


Free Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping is FREE and is delivered through either USPS Certified or via UPS or FedEx Ground. The product is shipped within 24 hours after your payment has been processed. Generally the shipment takes between 3-5 business days to reach any destination within the continental U.S.

Express Shipping
Should the customer prefer, express shipment can be made available through overnight or second day air via FedEx. Delivery will be within 12 business days for in-stock items, subject to carrier delay. Express shipping is available for orders shipping to addresses in the United States , U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico . However, the customer must pay for charges associated with express shipping.
